2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the reliefs claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 11.04.2025 before the District Magistrate, Samastipur vide Annexure-P/3, which is still pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is issued by this Court to the District Magistrate, Samastipur to dispose of the representation of the petitioner on merit after

Patna High Court CWJC No.8620 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a fixed time frame by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

4. The aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State.

Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Samastipur to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner dated 11.04.2025 vide Annexure-P/3 on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise must be completed by the District Magistrate, Samastipur within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application is disposed of. All pending interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also be deemed to have been disposed of.
