2. The petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2014 in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.Case No. 628 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

3. It is submitted that even on the accusation in the FIR no offence as alleged is made out considering that the girl in question with whom the petitioner is said to have been found was a major and there is nothing to show that any force is used b the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48926 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.Case No. 628 of 2014 with the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present in Court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
