The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 97 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation against the petitioner under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, but no case is made out against the petitioner under the aforementioned section, as there has been no repetition of blow and there is no clear intention to kill. Considering the nature of injury and also the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
