The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2015 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case on account of local politics particularly, that which has been engineered by the Mukhiya of the village who is having inimical terms with the petitioner. It is submitted that the witnesses purported to have signed the seizure-list, are not from the village where the alleged recoveries are said to have been made. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody for about six months and, therefore, he

Considering the nature of allegation and description of the mode of occurrence, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar (Ratwara) P.S.
