JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One dagger, one country made pistol, three live cartridges, one mobile set, two liters petrol in a jerkin and five meters plastic rope are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, who does not have any criminal antecedent as is evident from para -3 of the petition. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S.Case No. 552 of 2015.
