The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 71/2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to renew the prayer for grant of bail qua the petitioner after framing of charge in the present case.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42846 of 2021(3) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 aforesaid liberty.
