Informant, maternal grand father of deceased Prince Kumar gave his fardbeyan to the effect that on 15.11.2014 while Prince Kumar had gone to play, did not return. They began to search and during course thereof, on 16.11.2014 at about 3.15 P.M. found dead body of Prince Kumar having cut mark over his neck. He had not shown suspicion against anybody and on account thereof F.I.R. was registered against unknown. Subsequently thereof, under Para 51 of the case diary the informant put suspicion against the petitioner Subodh

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12219 of 2015 (3) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 Kumar who was intimated with deceased Prince Kumar and for that deceased was scolded as well as against accused Ram Prasad who had encroached upon his land. Save and except the aforesaid fact nothing has been collected by the prosecution. Accordingly, petitioner Subodh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas, Sasaram, connection with Sasaram (Tilauthu) P.S. Case No.1118 of 2014.
