JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2016 Supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the petitioner praying therein that name of petitioner should be read as Dharmendra Paswan @ Dharmendra Kumar.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded rifle and 13 cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and apart from this several firearms were recovered from possession of other accused persons and 40 live bombs were recovered from the house of petitioner and other accused. Considering the nature of allegation as well as recovery made from possession of the petitioner as well as from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2278 of 2016 (2) dt.25-01-2016 2/2 his joint house, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 121 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected. So far as correction of name of the petitioner is concerned, the name of petitioner be read as Dharmendra Paswan @ Dharmendra Kumar.
