The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of IPC. There is specific allegation of overtact against the petitioner that he with the aid of other accused sprinkled kerosene oil and set fire causing the death of his wife Sunita Kumari, who was married to the petitioner on 21.4.2013 and she was done to death on 30.7.2013 within a few months of her marriage and the dead body was disposed of. After investigation the case has been found true and the charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner and investigation against others are continuing. Considering the facts and circumstances, in my opinion,
