The petitioner seeks bail in Giriyak P.S. Case No. 137 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant on his head by khanti. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. There is case and counter case. Petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2021. Chargesheet has been submitted.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named

No.43290 of 2021(2) dt.18-01-2022 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 137 of 2021.
