2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022.

3. The case of the prosecution is that altogether 67.905 liters of country made foreign liquor was recovered from a Bolero vehicle. From perusal of the seizure list it will transpire that the seizure was made before the house of Sudhir Kumar Singh (petitioner).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not in any away concerned with the alleged Bolero vehicle. The petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. He is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32677 of 2025(2) dt.22-05-2025 2/2 judicial custody since 14.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 139 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Exclusive Special Judge Excise, Saran at Chapra.
