JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 323, 504, 120B of the I.P.C and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that this petitioner shot dead the father of the informant.

Considering the fact that petitioner is the main assailant, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly the application is dismissed in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 106 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
