The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 576 of 2015 whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Trial No. 2654 of 2014 (Complaint Case No. 973C of 2013), pending in the court of the learned J.M. Ist Class, West Champaran at Bettiah and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the learned court below within a period of four weeks but due to some unavoidable reason he could not surrender in the learned court below within the stipulated period.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3479 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 court below is extended for a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. The order dated 07.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 576 of 2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
