The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The son of the informant went missing on 09.09.2014. On 11.09.2014 his dead body with injuries was recovered when suspicion was raised against the petitioner and others since in the background of land dispute they used to threatened informant side, considering the suspicious nature of accusation co-accused Pradeep Ram has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 2499 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12117 of 2015 (02) dt.31-03-2015 2/2 named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S.
