The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No.146 of 2020 registered under Section 304B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made in the first information report, which has been duly supported by the witnesses during investigation that the petitioner in conspiracy with her other relatives set her daughter-in-law on fire by sprinkling kerosene oil and the postmortem report reflects 100 percent burn injury, I am not inclined to grant her bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.
