The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 31 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court
