JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased whose marriage has taken place six years prior to her death. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that petitioner being old lady is languishing in jail custody since 11.06.2014, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Paliganj P.S.Case No. 324 of 2013.
