Mr.Madanjit Kumar, GP-20 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 25-09-2023 Mr. Suraj Kumar, learned counsel submits that the counsel who was appearing in this case namely Jyoti Prabhakar and Pramod Kumar died during Covid-19.

In that view of the matter, it would be appropriate that the petitioners, if so want, approach the Court through another

Patna High Court CWJC No.4426 of 2018(3) dt.25-09-2023 2/2 lawyer by filing fresh writ petition.

From the records, it is clear that the matter relates to Non-Formal Instructors and the petitioners have approached after 26.2.2016 which is the cut off line in the light of orders of Hon'ble the apex Court recently clarified by the Patna High Court in C. Rev. No. 59 of 2018 which has barred those approaching the Court after 26.2.2018.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
