The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 131 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the trivial nature of dispute, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
