The petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385 of the Indian Penal Code and 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act.

On information that the miscreants are extorting money the police apprehended the petitioner and others from whom extremist literature and the collection receipts were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly there is no recovery from the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.5592 of 2015 (02) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 325 of 2014.
