JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.11.2014 on accusation that two country made revolver were recovered from his conscious possession. Para -3 to the petition reveals that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and no cartridges were recovered from conscious of the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Saharsa in connection with Nauhatta P.S.Case No. 213 of 2014.
