The petitioner seeks bail in Palasi P.S. Case No. 243 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 149, 448, 436, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner that on the order of the petitioner other accused persons sprinkled kerosene oil and set ablaze the house.

It is submitted that the occurrence took place on 5.11.2014, but FIR was lodged on 16.11.2014 i.e. after 11 days of the occurrence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria.
