In view of the report of the court below and the explanation, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier twice rejected vide orders dated 15.07.2019 and 31.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 30213 of 2019 and 16576 of 2020 respectively.

The matter was adjourned because in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44041 of 2021(4) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 opinion of the Court, two divergent reports were sent by the court below.

As a result, this Court had to ask for an explanation from the trial court.

The judgment in the trial has been pronounced. Four persons have been convicted whereas the rest of the accused persons have been acquitted giving benefit of doubt to them. At the time of sending the report with the explanation, the case was pending for argument on the point of sentence.

This case is disposed of as consigned.
