JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 05.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9849/2021.

The trial court report reveals that out of six charge sheet witnesses three have been examined and the case is running at the stage of evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
