2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 313, 341, 342, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the POCSO Act.

3 At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that proceedings under Section 82 of Cr.P.C. has already been initiated against this petitioner and as such, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner stands dismissed.
