03.03.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 198 of 2013 (S.Tr. No. 622 of 2014/Tr. No. 335 of 2014) registered under Sections 307, 385 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bhagalpur.

Considering that while on bail the Petitioner committed this offence and, thus, has misused the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. The prayer for bail is rejected.
