JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section47 (a) of the Excise Act. The accusation is of recovery of 50 liters of country made liquor from the hutment of the petitioner when it is alleged that it was kept on the behest of petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is nothing on record to suggest that place of seizure belonged to the petitioner or liquor was stored by the petitioner and only on suspicion the accusation has been labelled. Considering the nature of accusation and quantity of recovered country made liquor, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the
