This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 448 of 2022 registered under section 25(1-b)a, 26 Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of one country made pistol, 13 cartridges and one knife and the petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2022 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application for

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of nine months in custody after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Darbhanga in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 448 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Keoti police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
