The petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473 and 311 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the police got information that the co-accused Satyendra Kumar was cheating the general public by issuing advertisement "Chehra Pahchano Inam Pao". Subsequently certain cell phones were recovered. Name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Satyendra Kumar has been granted bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5614 of 2015 (02) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 vide Cr. Misc. No. 23350 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Nawada in connection with Sessions Trial No. 41 of 2015/11 of 2015 arising out of Warisaliganj P.S.
