JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report but omnibus allegation of assault has been leveled against them. According to the prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Dilip Poddar, who gave lathi blow causing head injury to the deceased and in the post mortem examination, only one injury was found on the head of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
