The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that eight accused persons including the petitioner came started indiscriminate firing. The firing made by Tannu Mian on the informant caused injury to Md. Mainul Haque on his head, who subsequently succumbed to the injury. The firing made by Pappa and Tannu caused injury to Md. Taj. One Aftab was apprehended on the spot.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7201 of 2015 (02) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 petitioner that specific accusation of firing is only against Tannu and Pappa.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, VIIth, Patna City in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1119 of 2014 arising out of Sultanganj P.S.
