Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40601 of 2014 (3) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 04.07.2014, 09.07.2014, 28.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the I.P.C and 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act.
It is alleged that dacoity was committed in the house of the informant. The name of the petitioners sprang up on confession of the co-accused Ravindra Kumar. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that neither recovery has been made from the petitioners nor the petitioners have been put on T.I.P and Ravindra Kumar has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 46006 of 2014.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari at Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2014. Since the petitioners have criminal antecedent, let learned Court below cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners, if the petitioners get substantially involved in similar nature of offence or defaults for three consecutive occasions during trial.
