JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-12-2020 Heard Mr. Ranjan Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Ajeet Kumar, learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 383 of 2018, dated 15.10.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 448 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that one arrested accused person named him and, therefore, his name figures in the list of accused persons in the F.I.R. Some of accused persons of this case have been granted bail by different benches of this Court, some of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33509 of 2020(2) dt.16-12-2020 2/2 which orders have been produced for the inspection of this Court and about which reference has been made in paragraphs 10 and 11 of the bail petition.

With respect to the petitioner's earlier involvement in two criminal cases, it has been submitted that he has been granted bail in both the cases, which fact also is borne out from paragraph 3 of the bail application.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 06.01.2020.

Regard being had to the fact afore-stated, especially the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 383 of 2018.
