The petitioner, Raj Kishore Mahto @ Raj Kishore Chaudhary, seeks regular bail in Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No.57 of 2014, registered under Sections 370, 374/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Vijay Kumar Singh, the informant, alleged that he found eight children with two traffickers on railway platform. The children, Chhotelal, Santosh Kumar and Nitish, disclosed that Raj Kishore Mahto @ Raj Kishore Chaudhary was taking them to Mumbai against their will for forced labour. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the children were not forcibly taken to Mumbai, rather their parents
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52020 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 asked the petitioner to take them to Mumbai. The petitioner is in jail since 06.08.2014.

Having considered the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for four months, his prayer for bail is allowed.
The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S.
