Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 395 IPC. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner is in jail since 25.11.2013 but has not been put on T.I.P. It is submitted that the mobile of the driver was recovered from the possession of one Md. Asim but the sim card of the mobile was issued in the name of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bishanpur P.S.Case No.95 of 2013.
