The petitioners seek their bail in Narhat P.S.Case No.13 of 2015 registered under Sections 410, 411,413, 114 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 137 of the Electricity Act. It is alleged that the petitioners were stopped by the police in suspicious condition in a Bolelro jeep and on search of the vehicle, stolen electric wires and mobile phones were recovered.

It has been submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 22.1.2015. Further it has been stated that the present case has been instituted due to mistake of fact and the petitioners have no concern with the electric wires which were kept in the vehicle. Further it has been submitted that co-accused Tunni Singh has been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.10721 of 2015.

On behalf of the State it has been stated that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15825 of 2015 (2) dt.08-06-2015 2/2 petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Narhat P.S.Case No.13 of 2015. (Sudhir Singh, J) ahk/- U T
