25 liters of country made liquor, kept in 148 small bottles of plastic, are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

No doubt, earlier, petitioner was made accused in similar type of case, i.e., Itarhi P.S.Case No. 173 of 2015, but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is physically handicapped person and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3063 of 2016 (2) dt.01-02-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S.case No. 241 of 2015, G.R.No.3287 of 2015.
