Petitioner is accused in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015 registered under Sections 395 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by coaccused Nagendra Yadav and Arbind Prasad on 18.04.2015. Except the confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Further, submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in fact, petitioner is accused in two other cases i.e. Dhangai P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2079 of 2016 (3) dt.10-03-2016 2/2 Nos. 21 of 2015 and 14 of 2015, and he is on bail in both cases. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhojpur (Arrah) in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015.
