JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession but in course of investigation, it came to light that it was petitioner, who had sold the stolen mobile sets to other persons. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and moreover, co-accused, Chandan Kumar and Hari Kumar have already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
