Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 506, 354B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the I.T. Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is of sexual harassment to the daughter of the informant. Annexure 2 is a compromise petition filed in the case wherein it is stated that the girl has already been married with some other person and the parties have settled their dispute.
Considering the fate of trial as well as custody of the petitioner since 27.03.2019, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31259 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Sonepur Police Station Case No. 1245 of 2018, with the following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
