Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, petitioners and their family members killed the daughter of the informant for nonfulfilment of demand of dowry and concealed the dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are brothers of the husband of the deceased and live separate from the deceased and her husband and have no connection with their affairs. There is general and omnibus

Petitioners claim clean antecedent and they are in custody since 11.9.2020. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed.
