2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 127(2), 115, 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, registered in connection with Madhepur P.S.Case No. 177/2024.
3. As per allegation, the accused persons hurled abusive languages at the wife of the informant over grazing of cattle. On protest, the petitioner Ravindra Chaupal came and hurled indecorous expletives and assaulted her. The accused persons also threatened the informant and his family with dire consequences.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33995 of 2025(4) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. They are the persons of clean antecedents. The occurrence took place on trivial issue of grazing the field of the petitioners by the cattle domesticated by the informant. It is further submitted that the injuries are simple in nature.
5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Third, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S.Case No. 177/2024/GR No.1820/2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS.
