The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and he is in custody since 26.07.2014. The allegation is that he along with his wife and his son, the husband of the deceased, killed the deceased by poising her. The doctor did not find any external injury during course of holding postmortem examination and preserved the viscera.
The report of the Forensic Science Laboratory, Patna which was sent for by this Court by its order 26.06.2015, does indicate that aluminum phosphide was detected in the contents of the jar containing the viscera of the deceased. Submission is that aluminum phosphide which is commercially marketed as Celphos is a strongly odorous substance which could not be

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea in connection with S.T.No.1181 of 2014 arising out of Barhara P.S.Case No.194 of 2013.
