The petitioner has sought for grant of provisional bail on the ground of marriage of his sister in connection with Sessions Trial No. 193 of 2021, arising out of Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 1094 of 2019, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-XXIII, Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present bail application has become infructuous as the marriage of his sister has already been solemnized. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. Permission is granted.
