The petitioner seeks bail in Motipur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 8, 20, 25 and 29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

It is alleged in the written report that 1.900 kg. of Ganja kept in trolley bag has been recovered from room of the house of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that recovered Ganja is not commercial quantity.

It is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Petitioner is in custody since 7.2.2019.

Keeping in view the clean antecedent of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30999 of 2019(3) dt.12-07-2019 2/2 petitioner and period spent by him in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
