Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner that similarly situated co accused, namely, Appu @ Pappu Kumar @ Ajay Kumar Singh has been granted bail by this Court by order dated 30.1.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4173 of 2015, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Rampur P.S. case
