JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One dagger is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 31.08.2015. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it is pointed out that petitioner has been remanded in several cases when he was arrested in connection with the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2729 of 2016 (2) dt.01-02-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 552 of 2015.
