JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is omnibus allegation of making firing against the petitioner and other co-accused and admittedly, one co-accused Nitish Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. No doubt, there is allegation that the alleged occurrence took place on account of demand of extortion money but it has been admitted by the informant in his written report that prior to alleged occurrence, quarrel had taken place between the children.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3401 of 2016 (2) dt.03-02-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Mednichowki P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015.
