JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears from perusal of the entire case diary that except criminal antecedent as well as confessional statements recorded in another case, there is nothing against the petitioners. Moreover, it also appears from the material available in the case diary that investigating officer failed to collect the mobile phone through which call of threatening has been made.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
