2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 341(1), 348, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Informant, namely, Mantu Kumar alleged that on 02.09.2024 he received a call from Mahesh Sewar wherein he stated that around 8-20 people have wrongfully restrained him at the house of Md. Sagir and when police conducted raid at the house of Md. Sagir, they recovered electronic devices, ATM cards, personal documents and motorcycles Petitioner is owner of the seized motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious
